The Brief

Steeped in history and offering a sense of true understated luxury, Round Hill Hotel and Villas is a storied resort with a rich heritage and dedicated following amongst international tastemakers. While the resort benefits from a thriving leisure business and a true lifestyle offering, Round Hill sought to increase awareness and bookings for destination weddings.

The Approach

In order to showcase the resort’s wedding offering and reach key decision makers, The Brandman Agency targeted prominent wedding planners – specifically chosen both for their affluent clientele and large social followings. Organizing a customized and tailored familiarization visit, the planners were able to witness the magic of a real wedding on the property, experience the comprehensive resort amenities and feel the warm Caribbean hospitality for themselves.

The Results

Each planner produced extensive social media coverage, featured not only within their social media channels, but also blogs and even editorial inclusions. Directly resulting from this familiarization trip, thus far one planner has booked an exclusive destination wedding at the resort, bringing more than $100,000 in business to the resort.
