As part of an extensive $425 million rebuild project set to open in Spring 2023, Frenchman’s Reef will offer two distinct yet interconnected resort experiences for travelers visiting St. Thomas. Located steps from Morningstar Beach, and 15 minutes from Cyril E. King Airport, The Westin Beach Resort & Spa, at Frenchman’s Reef, and the Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort, an Autograph Collection Hotel, showcase cutting-edge design from architects Kollin Altomare and The Johnson Studio in addition to culinary and public spaces designed by Sixteenfifty Creative Intelligence. The destination will offer a combined ten destination-inspired restaurants and lounges, ocean-view pools, Heavenly Spa by Westin™, a private adventure beach with programming for all ages, and other unique amenities. The resorts will also offer extensive conference facilities for groups and weddings. Frenchman’s Reef will also feature a private catamaran with a capacity of up to 75 persons as part of a fleet of vessels that will be available for exploration and aquatic programming, in addition to a shared stretch of beach that will serve as a social and event space with year-round programming for all ages.
